It does not change eligibility for services or programs. It does not reduce access to resources or accommodations. It simply updates the language so that it reflects what people prove every single day: that adjusting is not a limitation. It is a human experience. This Act updates language only, ensuring alignment with how systems already operate today. Your voice, your signature, and your support can help move this from conversation to legislation.
