As the founder of The Adjustability Act Initiative™, I am advancing conversations that encourage a modern perspective on adjustability while preserving existing rights and protections.

Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2006, I have gained firsthand insight into adaptation, resilience, and the importance of systems that respond to change. Through speaking, media, and legislative engagement, I seek to encourage greater clarity, access, and alignment.

The Adjustability Act modernizes language without altering existing systems, protections, or requirements. It does not remove or weaken existing protections. It does not change eligibility for services or programs. It does not reduce access to resources or accommodations. It simply updates the language so that it reflects what people prove every single day: that adjusting is not a limitation. It is a human experience. This Act updates language only, ensuring alignment with how systems already operate today. Your voice, your signature, and your support can help move this from conversation to legislation.
